Chris is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who has used her coaching skills to support emerging leaders for over 10 years. As a former teacher, school principal, and district-level program manager, she helped others recognize and maximize their own unique talents and gifts. Many of those she coached not only strengthened their skill sets, but also moved on to serve in various leadership roles. Chris believes that leadership has less to do with titles and positions, and everything to do with how people show up each day.
As a former dancer, kickboxing instructor, and martial artist, physical activity has always played a role in her overall wellbeing. She emphasizes the importance of self-care for leaders and the people they lead. Now in her coaching practice, Chris incorporates a strengths-based approach to developing resilience and supporting all aspects of individual and team wellness.
