Trauma-informed facilitation around weekly topics. Learn breathing exercises, somatic practices, mindful movement, and other tools for processing, healing, resilience, empowerment, transformation, and personal growth. For participants that want a deeper understanding of trauma, resilience, and growth we invite you to participate in the Be With You group and the What happened to you book group at a discounted rate.
