Policies

Be With reserves the right to cancel or postpone any offering. In such a case, credit is transferred to a future offering.

We also reserve the right to ask any student to leave, or wait for the next round, for any reason.

In case of student cancellation:

Yoga TeacherTraining:  Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a deposit of $500 to hold applicant’s place in the program.

If applicant cancels two weeks (14) days or more before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 50% of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. If applicant cancels within 7 days before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 75% of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded.

The program tuition fees are non-refundable. If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion.

Workshop/Training Policy: Costs are fully transferable to another round of offerings up to 1 week prior to the start of the class, and changing to another group, a registration fee may be charged.

Appointment/Coaching/Class Policy: All appointments scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled with 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. All cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost regardless of the length of the session.

There is some flexibility in this policy for emergency situations but remember a scheduled appointment is time reserved especially for you. And usually if you cancel at the last minute the reserved spot can not be rescheduled.

Sessions that are "No Show" with no notice of cancellation are charged the full amount of the session. Cancellation Fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.  Once a session is missed,We may request that pre-payment be made prior to the start of any session.

Workshop/Training Policy:No refund is available within 14 days prior to the training start date. Be With will refund 50% of the program cost if the cancellation occurs before the 14 day period prior to the program start date.

Appointment/Coaching/Class Policy: No refunds on one-on-one services due to the nature of services provided.
